Kurt C. Weiss is a graduate of Illinois State University and the University of Wyoming College of Law. Civil litigation, guardianship and probate are some of his practice areas. He is a member of The Florida Bar Association, Wyoming State Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and Brevard County Bar Association. Kurt is active with the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Kurt is a former President of the Eau Gallie Rotary Club and is the former Chairman of the Brevard County Small Business Assistance Council.

Kurt is married to lori (intentionally non-capitalized) and they have two sons, Richard and Silas.
